As a leader in the integrated circuit packaging materials industry, Kangqiang Electronics has long invested heavily in introducing internationally advanced production lines for special-shaped copper strip technology, and the production capacity and quality of special-shaped copper strips have been greatly improved. However, with the increase in product demand, the original copper strip production technology has encountered a bottleneck, that is, the core vulnerable parts in the production line have a short life span, about half a month on average. The short service life of wearing parts leads to higher costs and lower efficiency, which cannot meet the existing rapid-developing frame production requirements. In order to solve this problem, Kangdi Purui led the copper belt workshop to jointly tackle the problem, and carried out technological improvement and innovation on the life of key wearing parts of the core process. After the joint efforts and hard work of both parties, a long-life core component was finally developed. Through continuous production verification, the service life of the core component has been increased from about half a month to about 4 months, and the average lifespan has increased by 7 times. the above. The efficiency has been increased from the original continuous production of about 40 (tons/unit) to about 280 (tons/unit). At the same time, the material waste caused by process downtime is reduced by about 3.6 (tons/unit) (calculated in 4 months). The quality and surface finish of the copper strip have also been significantly improved. This technological innovation has not only improved the quality of copper strips and the production capacity of copper strips, but also enhanced the position of Chinese companies in market competition: through technological innovation, a number of invention patents and utility model patents have been obtained.
